I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, where movement was my language. Whether it was sports, running around outside, or simply staying active, I found joy in staying on the move. What began as a personal journey to feel strong and grounded has evolved into my life’s work: helping others uncover the same light I discovered within myself.

For me, fitness has never been just about the physical. It is about showing up for yourself, cultivating self-love, and building coping strategies that support your mental health. Movement is medicine, and it is also a mirror. It teaches us resilience, clarity, and care.

Through Energy by Emma, I empower women to embrace strong, sustainable lifestyles with a blend of science-backed training, nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching. My approach is practical, straightforward, and rooted in education. I do not believe in quick fixes or gimmicks. I believe in equipping you with skills and strategies you can carry for life.
